Terms of Service

1. The service

CertiSheet is self-service software for preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS), beauty compliance records and GHS labels. It provides structured workflows, deterministic checks, advisory AI and controlled document issuance; CertiSheet does not supply a human reviewer or regulatory approval.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

You warrant that the ingredient lists, percentages, and product information you provide are accurate and complete. The classification and sections of an SDS depend directly on this data — we cannot be responsible for sheets produced from incorrect or incomplete inputs.

You agree to use generated documents only for products you own or are authorized to sell.

You are responsible for the final assessment and customer attestation, for obtaining qualified external professional work where required (including a cosmetic safety assessment), and for filings, notifications, testing and marketplace submissions.

4. Not legal advice

Certisheet helps you produce OSHA HazCom 2024 / GHS formatted documents, but we are not a law firm or a regulatory consultancy, and the service does not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for determining that your documents and marketplace listings meet the requirements of your specific markets and buyers.

5. Pricing, billing, and cancellation

Studio Subscription: $59 per month for up to 5 active products. Growth Subscription: $149 per month for up to 15 active products. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period.

Single Product Credit: a one-time $49 purchase that permits one controlled SDS issuance for a workspace with one active product. This credit is limited to one active product per workspace; adding a second product requires a Studio or Growth subscription.

Payments are processed by PayPal. Prices are shown and charged in USD.

6. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable after a purchased issuance credit is consumed. Duplicate or erroneous charges may be reported to support for investigation.

Subscription renewals already consumed are generally not refundable, but we review billing errors in good faith.

7. Ownership and license

You own the SDS documents generated for your products and may use them freely in your business. We retain ownership of the platform, templates, and tooling.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features; material negative changes to paid features will be communicated in advance.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk for us, with notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties that a document will be accepted by an authority, marketplace, carrier, buyer or auditor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
